Cleaning a tricky spot

Use two fingers to turn the object and pinch to zoom. The washer removes thick dirt; scrubbing with the brush lifts stains. When progress stalls near completion, keep working near the remaining dirt so the tool’s reach can increase.

If a part still won’t finish, send the object and part names, your app version, and a screenshot if possible.

Your saved progress

Jobs and upgrades save automatically on your device. Avoid deleting or reinstalling the app when troubleshooting: doing so can remove your save.

Settings includes Restart item, which keeps your coins and upgrades, and a separately confirmed Reset all progress.

Sound and controls

Settings has separate music and sound-effect levels, a master volume, brush sounds, vibration, graphics quality, and camera speed. Use Reset view if you lose sight of an object.

Reporting a problem

Please include your iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, app version, and what happened just before the problem. Never send passwords, payment details, or your Apple Account credentials.
