Privacy policy
Restore Studio is developed by Grayson Stone. This policy explains how information is handled by the game, this support website, and support requests.
Saved on your device
The game saves your cleaning progress, coins, tools, workshops, decorations, Collection, and settings on your device. It does not require a game account or operate an in-game cloud-save service. Versions through 0.9.4 contain no advertising or analytics SDKs and do not send gameplay or saved progress to the developer.
Advertising in version 0.10 and later
Restore Studio uses Google AdMob and Google’s consent service. These services may process your IP address (including approximate location), app and device identifiers, ad interactions, and crash and performance information to deliver ads, prevent fraud, and operate the service. We request non-personalized advertising, disable publisher personalization and publisher first-party identifiers, and enable restricted data processing. We do not request access to Apple’s advertising identifier.
Where a privacy choice is required, the game asks at a menu screen and provides an Ad privacy choices control in Settings. Declining a required choice does not prevent you from playing. Ads appear only after a completed item, with at least twelve minutes between presentations. The first session is ad-free. Google’s privacy policy describes its data handling.
Remove Ads purchases
Apple processes payments. The game uses verified purchase information to provide and restore a permanent Remove Ads purchase. We do not receive your payment-card details. Use Restore purchases in Settings if needed. Resetting your career does not remove your purchase.
Local support reports
Version 0.10 and later can keep a small support history on your device, including recent error categories, job timings, tool tiers, app version, and numeric crash or performance summaries. The history is bounded and expires after seven days. It excludes raw error messages, stack traces, saved cleaning masks, names, email addresses, account identifiers, and advertising identifiers.
You can disable or clear support history in Settings. Share support report opens your device’s share sheet; you choose the recipient and whether to send it. The game does not automatically upload this history. A report you send to support is handled as support correspondence below.
Deleting progress
Use Reset all progress in Settings to erase your career and current job. Sound and display preferences are kept. Deleting the app removes its local data. Device backups are controlled by your operating system and Apple Account settings.
Support
If you email support, Grayson Stone receives your email address and the information or attachments you choose to include. This information is used to respond to your request and investigate the issue. Support correspondence is retained only as needed to resolve and follow up on the request, meet applicable obligations, or address related disputes. You can request deletion by emailing the address below.
This website
This website has no advertising, analytics scripts, sign-in, or contact form. Its hosting providers process network information, including IP addresses and request details, to deliver and secure the site. Email links open your chosen email application.
Apple services
Apple operates the App Store, TestFlight, device backups, and system diagnostic-sharing services under its own privacy policy and your Apple settings. Apple may make crash or diagnostic reports available to developers according to those settings.
Third-party links
Music-credit, Apple, and other external links lead to services with their own policies. The game does not append saved progress to those links.
Changes
This page will be updated when the game’s data practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. The advertising, purchases, and local support-report sections describe version 0.10 and later. Earlier versions retain the behavior described above.
